New Sexual Abuse Claims Against Two Oakland Diocese Priests

A new sexual assault allegation has surfaced against a Bay Area fertility doctor, previously accused by the California Medical Board of inappropriately touching a half-dozen patients more than two decades ago.
The previous matter ended in a settlement without an admission of liability and the doctor continued to practice.
